What do I need to do to get started?

  1. Call me on 0791 700 3212 to schedule a consultation, or complete my online contact form.
  2. Print and complete the Initial Paperwork
  3. Prior to your consultation send the Initial Paperwork back to my via scanning it onto an email or via post. Email me for this information please.

If you prefer, I can send you the forms via post. Be sure to make this request when you schedule your appointment.

How does a consultation work?

A consultation starts with the completion of my Initial Paperwork that all clients must complete. This is to ascertain that I am the correct practitioner for your needs and that you have sufficient drive and commitment to regaining health and to follow my programmes.

The Initial Pack of questionnaires produces a comprehensive overview of the your health history and current problems. Along with this is a Metabolic Typing test and 10 day food diary to ascertain the correct diet you need to move toward building health from the inside out. I use the initial paperwork, along with a physical assessment to formulate a suggested treatment plan which is discussed with you at the first session.

How long is the initial consultation?

This will depend on the person and the complexity of their case, once the initial paperwork is completed and assessed a physical assessment will be scheduled and completed in the comfort of your own home.

Your Physical Assessment can take up to two hours depending on your case. During your assessment I will be looking at:

  • Your posture
  • How you move
  • Your flexbility
  • Muscle strength and co-ordination
  • Core function (abs and back)
  • Any special tests related to your case
  • Your overall health and wellbeing.

Subsequent appointments will be 1 hour; these are timed dependent on the clients’ health needs and how long their body needs to affect change in between sessions. Session frequencies and duration may change according to progress on the program.

Can I book single sessions?

I have constantly found that a single massage or training session is never enough to help the client move towards their goals, that is why I have developed a selection of health packages that help you achieve more long lasting results. My all-encompassing approach to health and performance focuses on more than just your problem but also your overalll health and well-being, I coach you rather than just treat you and your symptoms. The following saying describes my philosophy to health and performance very well:

By learning how to take responsibility for your own health rather than relying on the practitioner or trainer ensures greater results. That is why I combine corrective exercise, stretching, nutrition and lifestyle coaching into your program as well as massage.

What is the fee for a consultation?

The fee for your initial consultation and assessment is bundled into your package, for more details on my health and performance packages, feel free to click on through to my services page to find out more.

  • Payment is due prior consultation
  • Methods of payment are: Personal cheque (sent in advance) Bank Transfer, Cash.
  • After your Initial Consultation and Physical Assessment we can disscuss how to go forward with your sessions, i.e. techniques used to reach your goals, session frequency and a rough idea of how long it will take you to achieve your goals.
