    Tom’s philosophy is to inspire health and coach people to heal themselves by giving them the tools they need to achieve their goals. This way of teaching is designed to coach the person that has the symptoms and not the symptoms that has the person. By coaching (not treating) the person, clients start to gain more awareness by what is happening to themselves internally, giving life long health and not just a quick fix.

    Being a CHEK Exercise Coach Tom is skilled at looking at the body as a cybernetic being or a system of systems. This means looking at the body as a whole and not just a musculoskeletal entity. CHEK Exercise coaches also assess the mental, emotional and chemical stresses that are on the body in order to get to the root cause of ones health and performance challenges.

    The C.H.E.K approach is not a one size fits all approach to diet, exercise and lifestyle and is beneficial
