    Every athlete, Sunday League player or recreational sports enthusiast wants to perform better. This is a common desire by most and for many it is a chance to relax, relieve stress, do business and exercise.

    The most common method to achieve this by most people is to seek advice from their coach, friends or read magazines hoping to find a cutting edge. Poor advice and ignorance of health, diet and exercise is the very reason athletes and sports people a like get injured!

    Athletes will never achieve their desired goal without good health, mobility and adequate levels of strength and conditioning needed for their sport.
